General Questions

Aqua Pure Solutions treats virtually all water source types including municipal supply, groundwater (borehole/well), surface water (rivers, lakes), seawater, brackish water, and industrial effluent. Our initial water assessment determines the exact treatment train required for your specific source.
Yes. All Aqua Pure Solutions systems are designed and manufactured to meet ISO 9001:2015, NSF/ANSI 61, WHO drinking water guidelines, and relevant local regulatory standards in the countries we operate in. Every installation is certified and documented.
Absolutely. Headquartered in Orlando, FL, we operate across the United States and in 12 international markets including Dubai, Istanbul, Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait City, and Abu Dhabi. Our field teams are based in Orlando, Houston, and Dubai.

Our Services

Reverse Osmosis (RO) uses a semi-permeable membrane to physically remove dissolved solids, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses from water. UV disinfection uses ultraviolet light to neutralise pathogens without removing dissolved minerals. Many of our systems combine both for comprehensive treatment — RO removes chemical contaminants while UV handles biological ones.
Yes. We design dual-purpose systems for facilities that need both potable drinking water and process water of varying quality specifications. Each stream is treated separately to the required standard, optimising cost and efficiency.
Yes. Our certified laboratory offers standalone water quality testing with full analytical reports, contaminant identification, and compliance certificates. Turnaround is typically 5–7 business days for a standard panel test. Rush testing (48h) is available for critical situations.

Installation & Delivery

Installation timelines depend on system size and complexity. A residential point-of-use RO system typically takes 1–2 days. A commercial or small industrial system takes 1–4 weeks. Large-scale municipal or desalination plants can take 3–12 months. All timelines are confirmed during the proposal phase.
We plan all installations to minimise operational disruption. For most projects, we can work in parallel with your existing supply or schedule a brief planned outage during off-peak hours. We always agree the interruption schedule with you in advance.

Maintenance & Support

Maintenance requirements vary by system type. Generally, this includes filter media replacement (every 6–24 months), membrane inspections, UV lamp replacement (annually), chemical dosing replenishment, and periodic cleaning. We provide a full maintenance schedule at handover and offer service contracts to manage this on your behalf.
Yes. All systems under our maintenance contract benefit from 24/7 emergency telephone support and remote monitoring. Critical failures are escalated to an on-call engineer who can respond on-site within 4–8 hours depending on location.

Pricing & Quotation

Yes, completely. Our initial water assessment and consultation is provided at no cost and with no obligation. We believe you should fully understand your water challenge before committing to any solution or investment.
Large project pricing covers capital expenditure (CAPEX) for equipment, engineering, and installation, plus operational expenditure (OPEX) for ongoing maintenance, consumables, and monitoring. We also offer Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models for municipalities and public sector clients where upfront capital is a constraint.
